Appointment Policies

  1. Late Arrival Policy:
    Appointments are scheduled in one-hour time slots. If a client arrives 20 minutes or more late, we will not be able to provide the service, as it affects the remainder of the schedule.
  2. Package Expiration Policy:
    All packages must be redeemed within one month of purchase.
  3. Package Usage Policy:
    Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client who purchased them.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  5. Zelle Payment Policy: All Zelle transactions must be completed before leaving the studio.
  6. Package Payment Plan Policy: Clients enrolled in a package payment plan must complete all payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
